PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

ACCOMMODATION IN HOTEL ROOMS

– Payment for services can be made in cash in EUR or by credit cards: Mastercard, Visa or bank cards.
– An advance payment of 30% of the total amount or credit card details is required to confirm the booking.
– We do not refund the advance payment – we will recognize the amount as a gift voucher-deposit, which you will be able to use for the next reservation.
– The hotel will only charge your prepaid credit card if you have agreed to this upon booking.
– The hotel can check the validity and / or credit card status in advance. After verifying the information, the full amount will be available to you again.

– Arrival: from 2 p.m.
– Departure: until 11 p.m.
– Extension of stay on the day of departure is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Supplement for extended stay in rooms (until 18:00) is 50 EUR.
– The hotel card is valid until 12 p.m. on the day of departure
– Loss or damage to the card is charged 10 EUR.

CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS

INTERNET

– Cancellation no later than 7 days before arrival – 30% of the reservation value.
– In case of early departure, the full price will be charged, except in case of force majeure.
– Cancellation of procedures in the Wellness Center must be done at least 4 hours before the agreed date, otherwise 50% of the value of the unused procedure will be charged.

– The hotel has free Wi-Fi in all areas.

– Breakfast: 07:00 to 10:00
– Lunch: 12.00 to 14.00
– Dinner: 18:30 to 21:00
– Changing the meal at half board (lunch – dinner) must report to the reception at least 1 day before 10 am. Otherwise, a meal change is charged at 5 EUR.
– In case of late arrival, a cold dinner in the room can be arranged upon prior arrangement.

– Swimming in the pool and use of saunas are included in the price
– The hotel has its own free outdoor parking
– Pets are not allowed.

TRANSPORTS

– We organize transportation from airports, train and bus stations and other places to the hotel and back.
